Intro
Peter Halasz has been juggling with the roles of father-mentor-manager-explorer since 1999, which is the birth year of his first child. Back than he had lived in Hungary, and nowadays he and his wife has been raising their five children in Austria. During his journey, he had received specific trainings in Non-Violent Communication, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Sexual Grounding Therapy, Labyrinth Facilitation, Bodywork and Gestalt OD. He also gained relevant experiences with numerous indigenous tribes, such as the Blackfeet, the Shipibo and the Zulu that made him integrate their teachings and apply them through natural initiation ceremonies mostly in male-circles.
Since 2006, Peter has been passionately leading and facilitating numerous male groups and events in Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and South Africa. Through his down-to-earth, experiential and integrated ways, he has been supporting men on their journeys, helping to connect them with their roots and resources, identifying inspirations via Body Intelligence®, and guiding them to see and embrace their extraordinariness within the ordinary life. He offers safe space to men to unfold fully on their paths through forms of simple initiations and modern rites of passages.
In 2011 he founded Mentorformen as a collaborative platform for likeminded men across Europe. Ever since he has been managing the organization besides his corporate role and family duties, so that more and more people can experience and benefit from the events – such as the unique sweatlodge ceremonies, the NatuReQuest® and Bodywork events; and other integrated men’s retreats.

Mentorformen mission
It is our aim to reanimate ordinary masculine values to become extraordinary. We are conscious about our own diversity and uniqueness, as part of our ordinary lives and we invite men to join the tribe. We explore potential ways through embodied experiences in nature initiations; storytelling and deep sharing, as well as individual mentoring.
